Army Air Forces 93rd College Training Detachment, Student Officers and Group Staff, 43-C-11 (2 photographs), 1943 or 1944

The collection includes the official history of the 93rd Army Air Forces College Training Detachment, a reference manual created by King to facilitate his work, issues of the detachment's newspaper, a scrapbook of newspaper clippings, a photograph album with images taken by Spearfish photographer Josef Fassbender, assorted photographs, and postcards. The flag of the 93rd AAF CTD, which had been presented to Homer Lewis, and a squadron flag are part of the collection. It also includes documents and photographs related to King's military career and service in World War II.
