Scope and Contents

Collection contains two files. One file is on Dick J. Nelson, author of several booklets on Wyoming History and founder of the Westerns' Corral in San Diego. It contains some correspondence and a newspaper article about Mr. Nelson. These six items are dated from 1949-1960. The other file contains ephemera related to the Townsend Plan which established Social Security. These eight items are from ca. 1941-1942.
